• Any cancellation must be informed 24 hours before an appointment time

• Each appointment is required £20 deposit

• Gift vouchers are non-refundable and valid in 3 months after you purchased. It must be presented to studio at Maithaitherapy team upon arrival.

• For vitamin-D injection, our practitioner will conduct a comprehensive consultation prior to your treatment, which may include a blood test prescription for injections. We will discuss your suitability and advise whether a course of treatment would be necessary for maximum results.
